You will oversee multiple projects across their life cycle, manage diverse teams, and ensure the successful implementation of new business, reimplementations, or data integration projects. You will work independently, with accountability for project outcomes and stakeholder engagement and to optimize and harmonize the way of working in the national Air Logistics Operations by implementing practical solutions in a combination of processes, systems, KNGS and any other suitable method. The primary focus is on the initiatives and projects with a positive impact on the Air Logistics Service Delivery and/or Operational Production Cost.
How you create impact
Operational / Tactical duties

Execute project for new awarded business, re-implementations, business appraisals, or Data Integration projects (in conjunction with a Data Integration Technical Project Manager (SIM)).

Lead project definition, scope, and objectives by collaborating with stakeholders. Create detailed plans, including timelines, resource, risk management and change management per KN standard.

Regularly and frequently visit all operational departments (CCL/OCC/RCC etc.) and sit with the staff to review operational workflows and do hands-on improvements.

Build relationships with stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Deliver quality and accurate project management documentation, including project plans, status reports and risk assessments.

Implementing practical solutions in the Air Logistics Operations that is optimizing the way of working in alignment with global standards and consistency

Ownership and management of Operations Optimization Projects and Initiatives in the country.
Strategic Responsibility

Project Execution and Control: Guide X-functional teams, ensuring alignment with goals. Monitor progress, address deviations, and maintain proactive issue resolution.

Lead our Customer Care Locations (CCLs) in the successful execution of their customer implementation projects managed via GCIM scalable, ensuring governance, and monitoring their performance. And Mentor Junior colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive project environment.
What we would like you to bring

Candidates must have a background in the air freight industry with 3 to 5 years of experience.

The candidate should have strong communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and effectively. Proficiency in English would be an advantage.

Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to guide and support other teammates.
