Job Description

This person will be in charge of implementation and project management of early learning projects. Their duties will include managing a team of 5 coaches who train other teachers and do classroom observations. This person will also manage budgets, do some administrative work, and coach other teachers. They will be a liaison between the main center, and 2 other centers involved in the project. This position will pay $95,000-$105,000 depending upon experience.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors in something education focused

3-5 years of Director/Teacher early learning experience (Birth-Kindergarten)

Project and People management experience

Networking experience with other associations Early Learning systems or product work

Administration in education experience null
