Responsibilities

Community Engagement

  • Actively engage with followers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and authentically.

Content Amplification

  • Share, schedule, and distribute client-approved content to maintain a strong and consistent brand voice.
  • Stimulate audience interaction through engaging posts.

Trend Monitoring

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging hashtags, and relevant conversations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance brand engagement.

Relationship Building

  • Foster connections with influencers, loyal community members, and brand advocates.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track engagement metrics and prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Analyze trends to refine strategies and enhance community health.

Weekend Focus

  • Prioritize engagement during high-traffic periods on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Ensure robust community management to maximize audience interaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional social media management experience, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Proven success in managing social media for brands and growing online audiences.
  • Expertise with social media tools such as Sprout Social, Sprinklr, and Hootsuite.
  • Bachelor’s degree, college diploma, or equivalent work experience in marketing, business, PR, or communications.
  • Familiarity with the Food & Beverage industry is a plus.
  • Availability to work weekends (Saturday–Sunday).
