Procurement Specialist/Sales Operations Analyst

Job Description

Quoting

• You will deal registration with various vendors (Using deal registrations obtaining quote from distributors)

• Manage and quote software licensing renewals

• Maintain margin levels predetermined by the business

Order fulfillment

• You will be responsible for sourcing products from different vendors (distributors, OEM’s) to find lowest cost items

• Setting up new product information in the Ricoh ERP system

• Following up on order status and escalations of late shipping, mis ship, damage, substitute – RUS buyers

Process Improvement

• You shall act as business lead to continuously improve / automate procurement processes internally and with vendors

• You would be accountable for:

• Procurement cost as a percentage of revenue

• On time and accurate delivery

• Communication on order status and delivery

Experience

• You will have a minimum of 3 years of sourcing & procurement experience

• Ideally 2+ years in IT industry
