Position Details:

  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (Monday – Friday)
  • Location: Fully remote

About the Role:
As a Support Specialist at IFTTT, you’ll work directly with our Pro community, assisting users while collaborating with a small, cross-functional team. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our platform and make a meaningful impact on its growth and success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Triage questions and feedback from IFTTT Pro users efficiently
  • Help users build Applets using filter code (JavaScript)
  • Audit and improve IFTTT’s help documentation
  • Contribute to enhancing platform documentation and in-product explanations
  • Become an IFTTT expert to assist colleagues with internal questions
  • Identify, reproduce, and document technical issues, product enhancements, and user experience improvements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Troubleshooting expertise: Comfortable digging through logs to resolve issues
  • Trend-spotting ability: Recognize recurring problems and identify potential solutions
  • Testing and problem-solving skills: Recreate unique issues and escalate as needed
  • Positive and candid communicator: Speak up when something needs attention
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Experience:
    • Interacting with APIs and user authentication (OAuth 2)
    • Working with Zendesk
    • Providing email support or using CRM tools
    • Experience working remotely
    • Plus: fluency in multiple languages
    • Plus: JavaScript experience

Additional Information:

  • Hourly Rate: $13 – $25 USD, depending on qualifications, experience, and location
