Our success proves us right – we continue to grow and are looking for nearly 100 additional EU-based freelancers (m/f/d) to support inbound customer service for a client in the telecommunications (mobile) sector.

Responsibilities
Your mission:

  • Answering and, whenever possible, resolving incoming calls,
  • Professional and service-oriented communication with customers,
  • Recording and documenting customer concerns in the CRM system,
  • Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Your profile:

  • You meet the requirements to work as a freelancer,
  • You have initial experience in customer service,
  • Your workplace and residence are in the EU,
  • You possess excellent German language skills (C1/C2 level, verifiable),
  • You are self-reliant and highly reliable,
  • You have a private workspace that is not visible or accessible to third parties,
  • You have a desk, an office chair, and the necessary hardware (PC, two monitors, mouse/keyboard, webcam, headset),
  • You have a stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps (via cable).
