What You’ll Do:

• Define and communicate the product vision, ensuring it aligns with company goals and addresses the needs of clients in government, defense, and technology sectors.
• Collaborate with developers, product designers, engineering managers, and key stakeholders to prioritize features and drive the successful delivery of valuable products.
• Create and manage product backlogs, using data-driven decisions to ensure each feature delivers maximum value for users.
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, keeping them informed, engaged, and excited about the product’s progress and future developments.
• Use data, user feedback, and insights to continuously enhance our products, keeping them innovative and ahead of the competition.

About You:
We’re seeking a leader who combines strategic vision, practical execution, and a passion for innovation:

• You have a proven track record of taking products from concept to launch and a strong foundation in product management.
• Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to inspire teams and manage stakeholders with ease.
• You have a deep understanding of user needs and are driven to solve real-world problems through impactful products.
• You make data-informed decisions to guide priorities and actions.
• Experience in government, defense, or technology is a plus.
• You can work at least 4 hours overlapping with CET/CEST time zones to ensure effective collaboration with our distributed teams. Applicants from European time zones are preferred.
