Role & Responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI design for both current and upcoming products.
• Collaborate with product teams to understand design needs and requirements.
• Conduct user interviews, testing, and usability studies.
• Make design decisions based on user behavior data, not subjective opinions.
• Develop user experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and other design tools.
• Maintain consistency in digital branding, including typography, design, and color schemes.
• Work closely with developers, technical professionals, and executives.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing mass-market products.
• Minimum 5 years in a UX/UI design role.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Solid background in usability testing, including planning, executing, and analyzing tests to improve UX.
• Ability to translate user research and feedback into actionable design decisions.
• Familiarity with various research methodologies, such as user interviews, surveys, A/B testing, and remote usability testing (both moderated and unmoderated).
• Experience with WordPress.
