Responsibilities:

• Game Content Creation: Write and script engaging quests using in-house tools to expand the game’s world and story.
• Balancing & Tuning:
  • Maintain balanced gameplay systems, including creature encounters and boss battles.
  • Adjust difficulty curves and rewards to suit various player skill levels.
• Collaboration: Work closely with game design, art, and development teams.
• Process Mastery: Implement best practices in level flow, storytelling, engagement design, and pacing.
• Documentation: Write detailed design documents for levels and gameplay concepts.

Requirements:

• Passion for Gaming: A deep love for gaming and understanding of player engagement.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in the gaming industry, including content creation or level design.
• Technical Skills: Experience with video game map editors (TILED experience is a big plus).
• Strong Communication: Ability to receive and apply feedback effectively.
• Detail-Oriented & Organized: High attention to detail and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Time Zone Availability: Able to work within European time zones.
• Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
