Job Description

Le pôle regroupe les missions transverses et les fonctions support de la direction des programmes (Configuration, processus, PROMPT, plans de progrès, Gestion de la demande…).

Les Missions sont les suivantes :

  • Management : Encadrer une équipe de 10 personnes

-IBP : Pilotage de la demande OEM et représentant Programme dans les instances

  • RTDI programmes : Piloter pour la partie programme de la construction du PMT / Budget / Actu / Rofo et Coordination PGM / DAF / Métiers

  • BSC DP / Comex : Consolider la BSC DP / Analyse / Pilotage actions transverse et reporting Comex / Safran

  • Système de Pilotage DP : Planifier les instances, assurer la coordination transverse, Préparer et Animer les différentes instances.

  • Data Management : Structurer la démarche / définir et mettre en place la road map PGM

  • Plan de Progrès : Construire et Superviser le Plan de progrès (Sujets suite séminaires 3P / Revue Processus / demande COMEX)

  • Représenter SNA dans les instances PGM SAF et participer aux groupes de travaux commun.

  • Filière PM : Représenter la DP pour la Filière Management Projet

Job Requirements

Expérience en management et management transverse souhaitée

Doté d’une aisance relationnelle

Goût pour la coordination

Appétence la data/IA et l’implémentation des actions d’amélioration
