Our Mississauga branch is looking for a new Revenue Care Center Transportation Coordinator to join our Contract Logistics team.

Your Role

In this role, you will perform transportation administration tasks such as Invoicing, Freight Audit and Pay, Month End reports Your typical shift will be Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm. we will count on your communication and excel skills to help drive excellent service for our valued customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Processing Freight Audit & Pay for Client Billings and Carrier Payments

• Generating weekly invoices and monthly reports

• Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines for drugs and health products.

• Preparation and maintenance of client Standard Operating Procedures.

• Ensure data integrity & data quality into the Transportation Management System.

• Ensure all activities are executed within KN Code of Conduct guidelines.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 3+ years’ of CSR experience in Logistics (Transportation)

• Experience in managing Pharma Healthcare Transportation solutions environment

• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and can maintain complex Excel spreadsheets
