What You’ll Be Working On as Our Revenue Data Engineer
We’re seeking a Revenue Data Engineer to establish and maintain a robust data foundation that empowers our revenue teams and the wider company to make informed decisions and drive scalable growth. This is a chance to shape the future of our data, tools, and processes, directly impacting company growth.

In your first year at Filestage, you’ll:

• Design and build strong data pipelines by developing and maintaining scalable, reliable ETL processes that ingest, transform, and load data from various revenue tools, laying the foundation for a data-driven future.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of data by implementing quality checks, monitoring, and validation procedures. You’ll be the gatekeeper for data integrity, proactively resolving inconsistencies, errors, and performance bottlenecks.
• Own the revenue data infrastructure, architecting and maintaining systems that support revenue reporting, analysis, and forecasting—becoming the architect of our revenue data ecosystem.
• Empower data-driven decisions by providing accessible, well-documented data to stakeholders, enabling analysis, report generation, and strategic decision-making to help us move faster and smarter.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, and product-led growth teams to understand their data needs and translate them into technical solutions, bridging the gap between data and business impact.

What You’ll Bring to the Role
You have 4+ years of experience working in revenue data engineering within a SaaS product environment and are ready for the next exciting challenge at a growing startup.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in a fast-paced RevOps environment within SaaS B2B companies ($4-10M ARR, teams of 3+), with an understanding of the SaaS sales lifecycle and how data drives success.
• Expertise in HubSpot (4+ years) and experience with outbound sales tech stacks, paid marketing tools, and leveraging data in a Product-Led Growth (PLG) revenue environment.
• A passion for data engineering, with expertise in SQL, JS/Python, ETL, APIs, webhooks, and tools like Fivetran. You’re skilled in data modeling, warehousing, BI, and implementation.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to learn. You roll up your sleeves to get things done, constantly iterating and improving.
• Strong communication skills, with experience collaborating within a distributed team.
