Job Description

• Strong proficiency and experience with encouraging Agile behaviors, reinforcing practices, norms, ceremonies, and supporting the overall Squad performance and efficiency

• Agile/Scrum Fundamentals – WHY and HOW

• Understanding of JIRA/Kanban boards

• Identifying team improvement opportunities and looking externally for best practices to support continuous improvement

• Leading and coordinating logistics for Agile ceremonies and practices, e.g., backlog maintenance, sprint planning, daily scrum, and retrospectives

• Serves the Product Owner by partnering on the Product Roadmap, assists in building and maintaining the Product Backlog, and developing a release strategy to maximizes value delivered to the company.

• Ensuring all work is tracked in the backlog and accurately balanced across team members

• Proven experience in a full stack software development environment

• Experience leading, coaching, influencing, and collaborating in a matrixed environment

• Any one Scrum Master certification MUST

• Maintaining and updating the Squad’s process metrics and artifacts to ensure accurate and clear communications to partners

• Experience acting as Scrum Master leading multiple teams

• Bachelor’s degree/undergraduate degree/equivalent required

• Comfortable with a broad set of technologies, including database stored procedures,

• Possess full-stack software development knowledge, DevOps and critical thinking skills to craft end-to-end solutions
