About the Role

This position performs moderately in the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM and ITAM modules, and will be responsible for developing and maintaining various ServiceNow applications and integration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using Flow Designer, client scripts, business rules, widgets, and other platform features.

  • Configure and manage ITSM and ITAM modules, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

  • Design and implement Reports and Dashboards to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.

  • Maintain and enhance the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

  • Improve employee experience through the development of user-friendly service catalogs and automated workflows.

  • Utilize the Automated Test Framework (ATF) to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow applications.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and integrations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM and ITAM modules.

  • Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, widgets, and Reports and Dashboards.

  • Experience with CSDM, employee experience, ATF, service catalogs, and CMDB.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • ServiceNow Administrator or Developer certification is a plus.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and relational databases.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
