Valuations Senior Surveyor Job Description

Job Information :

Job Title: Senior Surveyor

Location: 3rd Floor Connaught House 1 Burlington Road Dublin 4 D04 C5Y6

Reports to: Head of Valuations, Ireland

What You’ll Do:

  • Team member within the Valuation department, conducting valuations and supporting job directors

  • Assisting with the development and training of graduate valuers

  • Reporting to a valuation director, processing valuation work from engagement letters, inspecting property, drafting valuation reports, researching comparable transactions and reporting to clients

  • Assisting with training of junior team members

  • Providing valuation advice to key financial lenders for the following: Commercial properties (office, industrial retail) and residential/commercial/mixed-use development

  • Building successful relationships with clients, internal teams & external advisors

What You’ll Need:

  • Must be a chartered surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer

  • Proven track record of valuation work including using AE and Developer applications and report writing

  • Driving license required

  • A team player

  • Good communicator and articulate

  • Innovative

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Ability to prioritise workload

  • Highly organised and motivated

  • Ability to work on own initiative

  • Flexible attitude
