Have a front row seat at the forefront of client success.
As the Service Delivery Lead, you’ll be managing a portfolio of International Corporate clients. You’ll work closely with the International Operations Manager to deliver the service expected by our International clients across all classes of business including liability, motor, property and other specialty lines.
Whilst training will be provided, ideally we’re looking for someone who has some prior experience of client management and can hit the ground running.
We will provide full system training but you should have a good working knowledge of excel to allow you to deliver client MI reports, analyse and check MI and explain the value Sedgwick brings to our valued clients through data analysis.
You’ll need a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused approach. Even though you’ll be comfortable working independently, you’ll be part of a supportive International team with dedicated technical and managerial support.
Along with visits to client sites in the UK, we are happy for your base to be a balance of our office and your home.

The skills you will have when you apply:

Excellent communication skills: You’ll speak with and write to clients, brokers, insurers, MGA’s, and more. You’ll explain complex details clearly and negotiate fair agreements for all.

Problem-solving abilities: You should be able to identify and solve problems efficiently.

Time management: As to some extent you’ll be planning your own week, you must effectively manage your time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. You will be required to handle multiple client projects simultaneously.
What is helpful in your application:

Previous client management experience, whether as a lead or working alongside others

The ability to prepare MI, check and always and tell a story to clients from it

Understanding of client delivery processes and best practices.
