Job Summary

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow Knowledge Management and Knowledge Management Strategy. This hybrid role requires proficiency in English and offers a day shift with no travel requirements. The candidate will contribute to the companys mission by optimizing knowledge management processes and enhancing overall efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ServiceNow Knowledge Management solutions to streamline information sharing.

  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of knowledge articles to ensure accuracy and relevance.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members on ServiceNow Knowledge Management best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address knowledge gaps within the organization.

  • Conduct regular audits of knowledge management processes to ensure compliance with company standards.

  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in knowledge management practices.

  • Lead training sessions for employees on effective use of ServiceNow Knowledge Management tools.

  • Ensure seamless integration of knowledge management solutions with other IT systems.

  • Monitor and report on the performance of knowledge management initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for knowledge management processes and procedures.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in knowledge management technologies.

  • Provide recommendations for enhancing the companys knowledge management strategy.

  • Support the continuous improvement of knowledge management practices to drive organizational success.

Qualifications

  • Must have experience with ServiceNow Knowledge Management.

  • Nice to have experience in developing Knowledge Management Strategy.

  • Must be proficient in English (Read/Write Speak).

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

  • Must be detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills.

  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Must be proactive in identifying and solving problems.

  • Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.

  • Must have a strong understanding of IT systems and processes.

  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • Must be able to adapt to changing business needs and requirements.

Certifications Required

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or equivalent certification in ServiceNow Knowledge Management.
