Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience in program or technical project management.

  • Experience with development and implementation of technical automation solutions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Understanding of Machine Learning/LLMs.

  • Strong program management skills with successful project delivery and analytical problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

  • Fluency in PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, and other quality tools.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You’re equally comfortable explaining your team’s analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

  • Support the development and implementation of Trust and Safety’s (T&S’s) overarching Applied AI strategy. This includes defining clear objectives, identifying key risk areas, and establishing a unified approach to driving change through AI solutions across all Trusted Experience teams.

  • Facilitate effective communication and alignment on Applied AI priorities across T&S.

  • Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with relevant data and insights, coordinate the tracking and scoring of progress against key north star metrics targets.

  • Partner closely with T&S stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI automation, support the development of clear business requirements and technical roadmaps.

  • Be the escalation point for the team and run discussions with cross-functional partners throughout the implementation of the technical solutions, proactively identifying risks and creating mitigation plans.
