We’re searching for a Saudi Arabia-based Technical Specialist to join our Professional Services team, so that we can deliver exceptional implementation and technical support services to healthcare organizations across the region. The Technical Specialist will serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, from pre-sales through implementation and post-go-live support, to ensure the successful deployment and configuration of RLDatix solutions.
How You’ll Spend Your Time

Deliver installation, configuration, setup, and upgrades of RLDatix software and hardware to ensure seamless implementation

Support integration tasks (including APIs, HL7, and Mirth Connect) in order to ensure interoperability with hospital systems

Respond to 2nd line support cases and resolve technical issues in order to maintain customer satisfaction and uptime

Advise clients on infrastructure design, software configuration, and best practices to optimize use of RLDatix products

Coordinate data migration and system changes to ensure smooth transitions and accurate records during project implementations
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

3–5 years’ experience in a technical specialist or analyst role, ideally within the healthcare IT or software sector

Good Coding foundation (PHP, Java, HTML, Apache)

Proven success in delivering customer-focused technical solutions on time and within scope

In-depth knowledge on how to configure, install, and integrate enterprise software, including strong foundations in databases (MSSQL, MySQL, Mongo), networking, and coding

Ability to travel up to 60% of the time within Saudi Arabia, GCC, and MEA regions

Sincere interest in improving healthcare outcomes through better technology

A knack for working collaboratively in a dynamic, client-facing environment
