Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled senior test analyst with extensive experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Web Application testing, Test Metrics and Reporting, Defect Management, Testing Tools and Frameworks, Manual E2E Business Process Assurance, HP ALM, Jira, and Basic Programming in Java or C#. Experience in New Product Development. Prior experience in Airlines domain is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the testing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

• Oversee the entire testing process, from planning to execution and reporting.

• Provide expertise in Web App testing to ensure robust and reliable applications.

• Utilize Test Metrics and Reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

• Manage and maintain JIRA for efficient tracking and resolution of issues.

• Implement and manage various Testing Tools and Frameworks to streamline the testing process.

• Conduct Manual E2E Business Process Assurance to ensure comprehensive coverage.

• Apply Basic Programming skills to automate repetitive testing tasks.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. – Ensure adherence to industry best practices and company standards.

• Contribute to the development of new products in the T&H domain.

• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on testing progress and outcomes.

• Mentor and guide junior testers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Ensure that all testing activities are completed within the stipulated timelines.

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the testing process.

• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

• Foster a culture of quality and excellence within the testing team.

• Nice to have experience in New Prod Development in T&H domain and Airlines.

• Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
