About the Role:

Our apps and marketing sites run on a modern stack with React and Gatsby. In this role, you’ll create new designs and improve existing user flows in React, Figma, and other design tools. Your work will be used by hundreds of thousands of users globally.

UI/UX Designer & Developer Responsibilities:

• Create interaction design solutions based on product personas.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather user requirements and feedback.
• Design user journeys from concept to production using tools like Figma.
• Build prototypes, wireframes, and UI elements (menus, tables, widgets).
• Illustrate design ideas with storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Conduct testing and gather feedback to improve designs.
• Resolve design issues in the app and marketing sites by writing JSX and advanced CSS.
• Document UI components in Storybook.js.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in design and development for software solutions.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Suite.
• Strong in web development (HTML, JS, CSS, React.js).
• Experience designing and scaling systems across platforms.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a strong portfolio.
