As leader you will create strong partnerships across the business to ensure delivery of our Supply Chain strategies in line with our Growth agenda. You will be responsible for Leading, coaching and developing our Plant multi-functional teams to identify best practices and improvements that will increase our Reliability, Productivity, efficiency and effectiveness. Your goal will be to establish an Agile and synchronized Supply chain.
How you will contribute

Accountable for the planning and implementation of start-up activities to achieve the project’s success criteria, complexity TRL5 to 3 (Technical Readiness Level)

Accountable for delivering vertical start-up on schedule at budget within safety and quality

Accountable for stakeholder management (Plant Lead, Technical Project Leader, Strategic Program Lead) and interface with manufacturing, M&R and planning, and any cross function

Dotted line manager for VSU leads (when role existing in the organization)

Lead, engage and develop the VSU Team, accountable for development and execution of the TT&T plan (Technology, Transfer & Training)

Create VSU & Lean Project Management Culture within the team.
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

A relevant engineering degree or food technical university degree, preferably with a Masters qualification.

A good knowledge of the confectionary category
-
5+ years experience of working in and leading cross-functional teams and working with a wide range of stakeholders (Production/RD&Q/Engineering/planning)

A strong knowledge of the safety standard and business tools (I2M, IIM, IL6S)
-
3+ years leadership experience in a manufacturing site, preferred in Operations (i.e. team lead, section lead, IL6S lead…)

Fluent both German and English
