The Role

As part of our Business Software & CRM Solutions Department, you'll provide top-tier support to our Dutch-speaking clients. You'll play a vital role in helping customers make the most of their software tools while ensuring high satisfaction and a seamless experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist with software functionality, troubleshooting, and general inquiries
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
  • Offer feedback to improve customer service processes
  • Participate in training programs to build product knowledge and skills

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (other languages are a bonus)
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece (remote work available only within Greece)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A customer-first attitude and eagerness to help
  • Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Basic tech knowledge is a plus—but not required
  • Positive attitude and openness to learning in a fast-paced environment
