We’re on the hunt for a Marketing Content Creator to join our fully remote crew and help us design high-quality marketing collateral and campaigns for our awesome members.

🚀 Who We Are

We run a thriving membership program and community called The Tech Tribe, where we support the owners of MSP and IT support businesses in running and growing their companies. Since 2017, we've helped over 4,000 members through resources, templates, training, and mentoring — and we’re just getting started.

You’ll work directly with our CEO (yep, that’s me!) to create monthly marketing campaigns and content that our members can easily implement in their businesses.

🧠 What You’ll Do

We provide our members with plug-and-play marketing campaign templates — both digital and physical — like:

• Postcard campaigns
• Flyers & newsletters
• Social media content
• Blog posts
• Direct mail campaigns
• eBooks
• And more…

Up until now, we’ve used a mix of part-time and freelance help to build this content. It’s good — but we’re ready to make it great.

That’s where you come in.

💡 About You

You’re a marketing nerd (in the best way) who:

• Has proven experience creating marketing collateral
• Understands B2B marketing and direct response principles
• Has a sharp eye for detail and design
• Knows how to write copy that converts
• Can create both print and digital content
• Is comfortable using AI tools to boost your productivity
• Can overlap at least 2 hours with the Sydney, Australia time zone (GMT+10)
• Thrives in a fully remote environment

Bonus points if you have experience in the MSP or cybersecurity world or have worked on marketing strategy.
