Key Responsibilities

- Hire, train, and evaluate team members.
- Assign daily tasks and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Logistics and Distribution
- Oversee product shipping, labeling, and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate timely delivery of goods.
- Optimize distribution strategies for efficiency.
Warehouse Organization
- Manage space utilization and organize storage areas.
- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety and storage standards.
Safety and Compliance
- Enforce safety protocols to reduce workplace risks.
- Conduct inspections and ensure adherence to OSHA standards.
Process Improvement
- Analyze workflows and implement Lean or Six Sigma practices.
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless operations.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- College diploma or equivalent (1–2 years of study).
- 7 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
Skills and Expertise
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
